Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)
VBH utilizes Eaton Leonard’s Vector Tube Data Center, an advanced technology that evaluates bend angles and the entire tube profile. This system is unique because the entire inspection process is performed optically using visible-spectrum lasers.
Non-Contact Laser Probe
The system incorporates a non-contact laser probe, ensuring the entire inspection process is performed optically using visible spectrum lasers. This unique approach sets our quality control system apart in the industry.
Closed-Loop Inspection and Correction
Our Data Center system features a closed-loop inspection and correction system. Any deviations between the bent part shape and the actual geometry are automatically converted to incremental, corrective bending machine movements.
Smart Quality Control System
Our exceptionally “smart” quality control system minimizes lead times and allows for the accomplishment of even the most complex series of bends with exceptional accuracy. The quality system transmits all pertinent bender corrections and setup data through the Eaton Leonard interface.
Deviation Reports and Statistical Process Control (SPC)
Detailed reports can show deviations (Δ), and SPC is available to further enhance the transparency and understanding of the tube bending process.
