Specialty Volume Order Crimpers
We rely on four Uniflex 220 crimpers for specialty volume orders, delivering impeccable crimping with unmatched precision.
High Production Order Crimpers
High production volumes are seamlessly processed using one of two Uniflex 375 production crimpers.
The Uniflex 375, with a master die length of 126 mm, tool reinforcement for ultra-heavy fittings, a crimp force of 315 tons, and a rapid crimp speed of 4 seconds, caters to SAE R13 and SAE R15 requirements.

Automatic Cutting Equipment
Our Marken 450, 500 S, and automatic hose-cutting machines, equipped with P.C. interfaces for programmable length batch and speed, cater to diverse needs.

The Marken 450 is designed for extended production runs of non-wire hydraulic hose assemblies up to 3/4″ hose and tube.
Marken 500S
The Marken 500S is ideal for fabric Teflon and wire-reinforced assemblies up to 3/4″ x 2″ wire and 1″ x 1″ wire, and can cut 1 1/4″ x 6″ wire, 1 1/2″ x 4″ wire, and 2′ non-reinforced hose.
Manual Cutting Equipment
Our Specialty Saw Clean-Cuts Bench Mount uses a 10″ blade to cut up to a 2″x 4 wire hose.
Our Marken589 Manual Guillotine Cutter cuts 3/4″ non-reinforced hose and tubing.

Hose Overall Length and Crimp Specification Log
Every hydraulic hose assembly is measured to ensure the length is within tolerance of the dimension provided. The crimp diameter is measured to certify that the coupler has been properly crimped and is within the tolerance of the Parker specifications. This data is logged for every fabricated assembly.
Flushing Process
Our hoses and assemblies undergo thorough flushing and projectile launching using a high-pressure UltraClean system to eliminate particulate debris generated during cutting and prevent contamination.
Proof Pressure Testing
Hydraulic hoses and assemblies undergo rigorous proof pressure testing using a state-of-the-art Uniflex 20,000 psi system. Each assembly is meticulously inspected, and all quality documents are archived for ten years.
Date Coding and Part Numbering
Every hydraulic hose and assembly is date-coded and part-numbered, with a label tied to each purchase order. This meticulous process enhances production tracking and quality management.
